I was assigned this book in my education class. It will surely be the back bone to my personal teaching techniques.Mike Rose has hit on one of our educational systems greatest problems. He also provides simple strateges to use to help teachers provide an education that stimulates individual self-pride. Most importantly he throws away the labels of "slow learners".
